Growing up in Santa Ana, California my shyness hindered me from big opportunities. Thankfully, my confidence improved in my twenties working as a buyer, demanding extensive research. With tight deadlines, I analyzed trends quickly and built a strong network in construction.
RESEARCH DETECTS STORMS
Results came easy in my research and my favorite part of the process was discovering storms. I label storms as ‘unseen supply chain impacts’ in a negative or positive way. For example, sources will warn ‘the price of aluminum will dip again next quarter’ or ‘this merge will offer faster delivery on the same product’. My reaction? I deliver my final report with results, then boldly mention the ‘storms’ using strong data and persuading solutions.
